These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SPONZO ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, platform, and services that connect brands and creators. By creating an account or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use SPONZO. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Platform

SPONZO provides a platform for brands and creators to discover one another, communicate, and collaborate on sponsorship and marketing campaigns. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Do not use the platform to engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.
  • Do not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property or rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or audience/engagement metrics.

4. Campaigns, Payments, and Transactions

Brands and creators are responsible for agreeing on the terms of any campaign, collaboration, or transaction facilitated through SPONZO, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation. SPONZO may facilitate payments between parties but is not a party to the underlying agreement between brands and creators.

Any fees charged by SPONZO for use of the platform will be disclosed to you prior to payment. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding cancellations and refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by SPONZO on the platform are the property of SPONZO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant SPONZO a limited license to display and distribute it as necessary to operate the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SPONZO at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SPONZO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or user submitted on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPONZO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of SPONZO after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
